Three ways to get the book
Most people buy on Amazon. If you would like a copy signed by me, I sell those here, and you can pay in dollars or in bitcoin.

Pay with Lightning or regular bitcoin.
Each order gets its own one-time invoice for the exact amount, so I know the payment is yours. Lightning is fastest and costs pennies to send.
Signed copies coming soon. Here is how bitcoin orders will work once the books arrive.
- Email me your name, your U.S. shipping address and, if you like, a name to sign it to.
- Within 1 business day, I reply with a one-time Lightning invoice for the exact amount (or a regular bitcoin address, if you prefer): $25 plus $5 shipping, $30 in all, at that day’s bitcoin price.
- Scan the code with your wallet and pay soon after it arrives. Once the payment comes through, I sign your book and mail it.
Or write to me yourself at [email protected]
Pay in dollars. It is the same book.
If you do want to try bitcoin, this is a small first payment, and Chapter 12 explains every step.
Pay soon after I send it
Lightning invoices expire, and bitcoin’s price moves. If yours runs out before you pay, just reply and I will send a fresh one.
Pay only what comes from my email
I will never post a bitcoin address or invoice on this site, or send one from any other email address. If anyone sends you one in my name, it is a scam.
Do I need to own bitcoin to read this book?
No. Most readers own none when they start.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not for signed copies yet. Amazon ships the paperback to most countries.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Write to me with a photo and I will send another. Bitcoin payments cannot be reversed, so I replace the book instead.
